How can I order "SMS Notification" service?
- If you want to receive a SMS notification when the Auction you are interested in starts, enter the telephone number for which you want to receive the SMS Notification. It can be found on the page with Auction details in the frame which is under the sign "Inform me by SMS" and click the "TURN ON" button [Picture 1].
- From this moment your Auction is safe, because once the Auction starts you will receive an SMS Notification on the telephone number you have entered.
- The moment the "SMS Notification" service is turned on, two BIDs are deducted from your account – this is the fee for performing this service. So, if when you click the "TURN ON" button, there are not at least 2 BIDs on your account, this service will not work.
- Due to the fact that all BIDs operations are shown in your User account history (MY WELLBID/ACCOUNT HISTORY), ordering the "SMS Notification" service will also be visible there.
- "SMS Notification" service can be ordered when a "Soon" Auction appears on the pages of the Service.
- You can change the telephone number at which you want to receive information about the Auction you are interested in by clicking the "TURN OFF" button [Picture 2]. You will be able to enter any other telephone number. However, none of the defined telephone numbers for your User account can be used with any other Users of the wellbid.com Service. It would be a violation of the Regulations in points 11 and 12, §2.
- The moment you click "TURN OFF", we return 2 BIDs to your account deducted earlier for the previous phone number and when we confirm the change of the telephone number (in the frame you wrote the new number or none) 2 BIDs are deducted again from your account for "SMS Notification" service for a new telephone number. There is no extra fee for changing the telephone number in your settings.
- You can cancel "SMS Notification" by clicking the "TURN OFF" button, deleting the phone number entered there and confirm by clicking the "TURN ON" button.
- Another method of cancelling the "SMS Notification" service is by clicking the "RESIGN" button, which is on the MY WELLBID page in the MY ANNOUNCEMENTS/AUCTIONS tab. You can find there all the Auctions that you ordered the "SMS Notification" service for.
- ATTENTION! Cancelling the "SMS Notification" service for a particular Auction will result in returning 2 BIDs deducted from your account earlier for this Notification.
- "SMS Notification" service may be chosen for any number of "Soon" Auctions that have not started yet. Each "SMS Notification" results in 2 BIDs being deducted from your account. So if you order "SMS Notification" for three Auctions, there will be 6 BIDs deducted from your account (3 x 2 BIDs).
- If you prefer, each Auction can be dedicated to a different telephone number. However, you must remember that according to point 6 (mentioned above) of the wellbid.com Regulations none of these telephone numbers can be attached to any other Users' account.
- In your Profile (MY WELLBID) in the ANNOUNCEMENTS tab you may view a list of Auctions that you have ordered "SMS Notification" for more
- ATTENTION! There a few factors responsible for delivering your SMS Notification: your Operator and memory available on your mobile phone. Therefore, the wellbid.com Service cannot guarantee that you will receive this SMS notification on time or that is delivered at all. In such a case, no matter what the reason is for not delivering the SMS notification, the wellbid.com Service Operator will return to your account those 2 BIDs deducted for the SMS Notification service, not later than to 8 a.m. the next day after the Auction you are interested in finishes. It is important for you to check the state of the Auction you are interested in – the one you have ordered SMS Notification service for, in case delivering your SMS Notification on time was not possible. REMEMBER! The Operator is not responsible for the failure to deliver your SMS notification because there is no possibility of securing the route of providing the notification to the User after sending the SMS, meaning after it leaves the area protected by the wellbid.com Service. Thus there is no possibility for the User to claim damages for not providing a SMS notification on time. Li>

I haven't received a SMS Notification. What about my BIDs?
- If for any reason you do not receive a SMS Notification, the wellbid.com Operator will return the 2 BIDs that had been deducted from your account as a payment for the SMS Notification Service, not later than to 8 a.m. the next day after the Auction you were interested in finishes.
- Returning those 2 BIDs deducted from your account as a payment for SMS Notification service is possible only in the case of not delivering the SMS notification, not in a situation when a User has not read this SMS message due to having his/her mobile phone switched off or when a User has changed his/her mobile phone number and he/she did not change it in the SMS Notification settings for in the Auction details.
