Hit the bull's eye!

General Terms and Conditions of the „Hit the bull's eye!” competition. Taking part is free of charge. Find your Auction and hit the bull's eye! You can earn up to 1000 BIDs! The DARTBOARD appears: out of the blue, on the screens of all the logged in Users, on the Main Page only, on the Auction Page, where the Auction Picture appears (the DARTBOARD makes it disappear momentarily). To hit the bull's eye, press Bid button and take part in the Auction We take into account independent Biddings only (Autobiddig is unavailable) Every single Dartboard Auction constitutes a separate „Hit the bull's eye” competition The ”Hit the bull's eye!” contest consists of 2 different types: the first one offers 100 BIDs as a potential prize for those who attend the second one offers either 10 or 1000 BIDs as a potential prize for those who attend All the Users that press the Bid button in the very moment the Dartboard appears will take part in a special prize draw of either 100 BIDs, 10BIDs or 1000BIDs. The details as far as the main prize is concerned are displayed directly on the respective dartboards. The Bid price is determined by the Auction regulations. When the Winner is announced, his/her login will appear on the Auction Page where the Dartboard appeared.

Terms and Conditions of „Hit the bull's eye” competition

1. The competition organizer is the Operator.
2. Taking part is voluntary.
3. Entering the competition amounts to accepting Terms and Conditions. Being unfamiliar with the Terms and Conditions is not a subject to possibles claims and pretensions.
4. Every single Auction Page with the Dartboard constitutes a separate „Hit the bull's eye” competition.
5. To take part in the Competition, the User has to press the Bid button independently (manually) the moment the Dartboard appears on the Auction Page. Any Autobid will not be taken into account.
6. Every Competition can hold any number of competitors who can play any number of times. There is only one winner per Auction determined in a draw. The amount of the prize may be different. The amount of the prize is determined by the Operator.
7. The Dartboards on the Auction Pages will be screened at random and their frequence of appearance will vary.
8. Taking part is free of charge and the Bid price is determined by the Auction regulations.
9. When the Winner is annouced, his/her login will be displayed on the Auction Page when the Dartboard appeared.
10. When the Winner is annouced, the prize will be assigned to his/her Account which may be seen in the Account Interface (easilby accesible by clicing My wellbid.com and then Account History ).
11. The Operator does not respond for any page refresh delay of wellbid.com. In other words, the Operator will not consider any possibles claims from the Users whose either Dartboard or the Competition Result was displayed with delay even if the aforementioned delay impeded User's participation in the Competition.
12. The only responsible for making a bid on the page displaying Dartboard is the User making a bid.
13. The Operator does not withdraw any Bids. User's bidding at the Auction with the Dartboard displayed is equivalent to his/her accepting all the possible aftermath.
14. The competition may be cancelled if the total number of competitors is not enough ( at least 4 hits ).
